Number 12 in my series of fish is a thank you to all the nurses, doctors, EMT’s, police, firemen, hospital workers, and everyone working to keep us safe, stocking the shelves in stores and working through this horrific pandemic. God bless and keep each and everyone safe. This fish is made from Souffle polymer clay over a cardboard substrate and adorned with some gears, and ball chain. The finish is ART C wax. #13 is in the works!

Number 11 is a fish that is incognito…look at the periscope, he is checking things out! Souffle polymer clay covering a cardboard substrate and adorned with a propeller, a periscope and a brad for the eye. He is looking for any under water shenanigans while we are all forced to stay home.

My latest fish is a little different. I made the “bones” from aluminum armature wire. There are small gears between each bone and then I covered that with Mylar flakes from CreateAlong.com The fish body is Souffle polymer clay over a cardboard substrate. Number 11 is in the works.

Sardie is a sardine can fishy. I disassembled a mini Altoid tin, covered it in clay then embedded it into the fish body. Build on a cardboard substraight and adorned with gears, a gold earring part I found in a parking lot and some watch parts, as well as a “key” from a real sardine can comprise this piece. He will be swimmingly happy on my wall of fish! More fish are waiting to be created…something is a little fishy in my mind right now…
