MENDED BROKEN HEART…

Here’s a heart pendant made from Souffle polymer clay. The inclusions are a couple of springs, two small pieces of broken windshield glass, eyelets, gears and some copper wire.  So much fun being back in my studio creating!

QUEEN BIRDY…

My latest steampunk project is a bird plaque and it will be in the April issue of PASSION FOR POLYMER!  So, if you want to know how I made this little birdy, get your paws on a copy of this AWESOME polymer clay magazine.  So good to be back in my studio creating!

MOTIF # 3. A FISH OUT OF WATER…

I am having so much fun making these fish wall plaques. This one will be in the March issue of PASSION FOR POLYMER.  Do you want to learn how to make your own little fishy?  Get your hands on a copy of PASSION FOR POLYMER where there will be complete instructions on how you can create your own! There will be pictures of each step and instructions as well!

MOTIF #2…

Here’s the second little fishy in a series I plan on making.  I just love Souffle polymer clay and it works very well for my projects. I also love up cycling things I find that can be used in my projects, like the little water spout, a piece of crystal from a broken ornament. This fishy is 18-B…my fishy keep wanting to hang out in my Koi pond!  My next fish will be for a magazine submission where you can get the instructions on how to make one for yourself!  Have fun claying!!!!

MOTIF #1…

While perusing the web, I saw some fish wall hangings made from recycled wood and other items.  I decided to make some in a steampunk fashion from polymer clay.  My first one is named #18, a personal back story on that.  The substrate was made from 5 layers of corrugated cardboard then covered with Rigid Wrap. Stay tuned for more little fish to come!  I am back in the saddle again, look out world!
