TREE TOTEM…

2018 PCA TreeI took another class with the Polymer Clay Adventure 2018…this one was Lala Ortiz’s class on a tree bottle. Used Sculpey’s® Premo and Souffle polymer clay to cover a glass salt shaker.  I also used my Makin’s Professional® Ultimate Clay Machine®, one of their texture sheets and the Makin’s Professional® Clay Tools in the process of making my tree totem. So many cool classes to explore and create with the Polymer Clay Adventure 2018, and all for only $99

WINTER “TIME”…

2018 Winter Time LogoFor my January Makin’s Clay® project I used some scrap pieces of dried clay to make this little Winter scene inside a watch case.  That is one of the cool things about Makin’s Clay®, there is no waste! Hop on over to Makinsclayblog.blogspot.com for complete instructions!  Happy New Year.

MINI SUITCASE PENDANT…

2018 PCA SuitcasePolymer Clay Adventure 2018 just began and I decided to start with Cat Kerr’s Journey Suitcase tutorial.  Here’s my interpretation.  PCA is a year long event.  24 teachers from around the world. All classes from the comfort of your home for only $99.  You will not find a better deal anywhere! This is my fourth year and I am LOVING IT!!!

FOR HEATHER…

Wallpaper Vintage Floral Background Paper RosesThis little book, made for Heather, measures 2″ X  3″.  I used some of my favorite products. The covers are made from Premo polymer clay, textured with a Makin’s® Texture Sheet.  The torso cutters are from CreateAlong.com   Small gears and rivets adorn the cover as well as a glass eye and a key.  Coptic stitching binds the book together. I named the book “Layers of Life”. There are plenty of pages for Heather to put pictures of her children or other memories inside.

HO HO HO…

Gifts White Christmas Card Christmas RedHere’s a little Santa I made from Premo polymer clay, a quick fun project.  Merry Christmas!

YOU’RE A MEAN ONE…

2017 Grinch OrnamentHello Mr Grinch…you are a mean one no doubt.  This ornament was made using Fimo® and Souffle™ polymer clay.  I used my Makin’s Professional® Ultimate Clay Machine® and their Square Texture Roller.  I also used some cool mica powder from CreateAlong.com on the snowflake.   Who?

FROSTY…

2017 SnowmanFor my December Makin’s Clay® project, I decided to recycle a very small old Christmas bulb that I found in my favorite junk store.  These were the kind of bulbs that were on my childhood Christmas tree. If you go to Makinsclayblog.blogstop.com you can get the instructions to make one for yourself.
