GEAR BOX…

For my March PolymerClayTV project, I made this steampunk gear box. I used Premo by Sculpey® polymer clay. Three old light bulbs are on top tinted with alcohol inks and two old fuses are on the bottom for feet. An old clock key is on the side and various gears are on the front. I used some metal stamp tools from PolymerClayTV’s  shop called CREATEALONG and two different texture sheets from Makin’s Clay®. There’s an old pipe reamer on the back that I got from a junk shop. All the surfaces where dusted with mica powders then antiqued  with burnt umber oil based paint.2016 SP Thingy all
