HEART FULL OF HOPE…

Here’s my Makin’s Clay® Bottle of Hope for February. Our Design Team is making Bottles of Hope to donate to cancer survivors. Bottles of Hope are small glass bottles covered with polymer clay and given to cancer patients. They symbolize a wish and a hope for health.  This project was started in 1999 by a Rhode Island cancer survivor and has spread internationally. Bottles are made by artists, students, survivors, seniors and many more who volunteer their time and love.   Learn more about this worthwhile project, see a gallery of many creative bottles and more here on their website2016 Valentine Bottle of Hope

  1. What a great idea, Pat! My cousin, John Bergan, who lives in Tucson, is battling nasal cancer. He went thru chemo and the cancer is still there so they’re figuring out the next step. He’s been going down to Anderson MD in Houston. It’s s cancer center. Here’s a family photo; his kids are in HS. If you make any more bottles I’d love to buy one. You are such a pro with a huge heart. Love ya! brenda
