“PURPLE PEOPLE EATER”

I was working in my studio one day a couple of weeks ago listening to the oldies radio station…all of a sudden the song : “One- eyed, one- horned flying purple people eater”  invaded my thoughts!   I thought about it for several days and this is the image that kept coming to me so I put my idea of what he must look like to clay.

He is made from Premo polymer clay. His one lone eye  is made of glass and his belly is filled with three “people” he devoured.  The “people” are sealed into his belly with a UV cured epoxy.

Mr Purple People Eater came to land because he wanted to get a job in a rock n’ roll band…he is pigeon-toed under-growed and plays rock n’ roll music through the horn in his head.  Ooh, he sure looks strange to me!
